Organ Monitoring and Playback
A linked organUI installation lets Fugara show the organ's reported state. If the site supports remote playback, you can also control playback from the client Overview.
Link the site's organUI
- Have the person responsible for the site's organUI provide its current pairing code.
- Open the correct client Overview.
- Under Organ Monitoring, choose Link organUI.
- Enter the code and confirm the link.
- Choose Refresh and check the device name and connection state.
Linking or unlinking needs edit access to the client. If the code is unavailable or expired, ask the person at the site for a current one.
Understand the status card
The card shows connection status, control power, blower power, organ uptime, organUI uptime, the last report time (Last heartbeat), and the last state change. Recent power history lists earlier reported changes.
Control power and blower power can differ. An offline device or unknown value does not confirm that the organ is off. Check the latest report time when interpreting its state. The listed monitoring and control features describe what that installation supports.
Choose Organ left-on alerts to configure notifications about power remaining on without input. See Monitoring alerts.
Open playback
Choose Playback on the device card. The panel shows the current folder, track, playback time, and status when the site provides them. To send commands, you need edit access, a connected device, and a site that supports the action.
These buttons operate the organ at the client site. Confirm that the site is ready for playback before starting it.
| Control | Use |
|---|---|
| Previous track / Next track | Move to the neighboring track |
| Play / stop | Toggle playback |
| Pause | Pause playback when supported |
| Stop | Request that playback stop |
| Track to play | Enter a track number, using the available track suggestions |
| Play selected track | Start the number entered in Track to play |
Entering a number in Track to play does not start playback. Select Play selected track when ready. Available controls vary by installation.
Check the result
Wait for the command status before sending another command. Queued and Sending to controller mean it is still being sent. Sent to controller means the command was sent; check the playback display or confirm with someone at the site to establish what actually happened.
If the panel reports Command failed, Command expired, or Command outcome unknown, check the site's state before retrying. Repeating a toggle without knowing the current state can reverse the result you intended.
Recording locally — playback unavailable means someone is recording at the site. Wait until that recording is finished. Playback status unavailable means the display cannot confirm the current playback state. If Playback is missing entirely, ask the site's organUI maintainer whether playback is supported and enabled.
Remove a device link
Use Unlink only when this installation should no longer be associated with the client. Unlinking is not a playback stop or an organ power-off action. Check any linked HVAC controls before removing a connection used at the site.
